Ad Hoc work

It has never been easier to outsource your typing with all the new technology that is around at the moment.  We usually receive work via email with voice file attachments but you can also send files via Dropbox, you can also use a range of internet sites such as We Transfer (but there are others too), Word Perfect can retrieve documents from you via TeamViewer too.  These are only a few ways of sending work.  Work can be dictated using digital Dictaphones, phone dictation software.  You can even dictate using your smartphone or iPhone using apps.  Or of course, if you can’t dictate what you need typing you can send your handwritten papers/files to me either by scanning or by post.  Work is then returned to you via email and if required this can be encrypted with a password.

Word Perfect are very flexible with working hours and don’t necessarily work 9 to 5 as would be the case if you had staff in the office. This service can be provided on request but would incur an increased cost.  We aim to return work to fit individual requirements.
